this is a cozy little spot in belltown that serves a nice variety of different comfort food! the portion sizes are good for sharing and the staff are all super friendly. we ordered combo #2 and chose spicy bulgogi with kimchi tofu soup and beef for the protein. we paired that with some tteokbokki and added some ramen noodles for another $2. everything was so delish and flavorful! i loved the banchan that came along with everything too. you're definitely getting a bang for your buck here.

This was close to my house and it was a super rainy and super cold and just a plain miserable night...so I ordered some takeout to eat at home- I am Korean and even amongst Korean people who were raised by Korean Parents-every family prepares the same dishes differently- While what I ordered was good it wasn't prepared like I am used to (and let's be honest mom's homemade is always the best) :) I ordered Soondubu-jjigae and also Japchae- Soondubu-jjigae: It was overall good but was lacking in some flavour- so I got home and doctored it up a bit to the way my mum made it at home. Japchae: The flavour was good-however the noodles were way mushy (it tasted like someone overcooked them). The offer purple rice (no comment) The portions are good and I had leftovers for the next day. The banchan was ok- warm kimchee (ick)...but there were potatoes, chive pancake and marinated beansprouts and marinated fishcake (which was oddly slimy). Maybe they were having an off evening, but I would come here again and give it another shot-

As always this is comfort lunch food! They offer complimentary tea which is nice. The food is also really good, and the side dishes were also good. They offered braised potato, bean sprouts, fish cake and kimchi. The service is also good though they kinda feel a bit understaff and the server was scrambling too. When we went here on a Wed lunch time there was no line which was awesome. The ambiance is very hole in the wall type place. Other than that, we will definitely be back here again since this was close to school.

I ordered a tofu bibimbap via Ubereats from Korean Bamboo and was blown away by the large portions. They were also very generous with the banchan too. Many different types of bean sprouts, delicious kimchi, and the chive pancake was so yummy. 10/10 would order again!

I came for Korean tofu soup and banchan twice in one week! It's excellent here. The first time, I came with a co-worker and we shared the Beef Bulgogi combination with a side of tofu soup (there's about 7 different varieties, we selected the Mixed Seafood with Beef). The combo was $18.99 and with the banchan was certainly enough for 2 adult women to finish. Banchan included: kimchi (house made I bet because it's so delicious), marinated beansprouts, fish cakes, potato(?) and Korean pancake! Refills are free! You are also served a bowl of purple rice and hot tea. So much food and all very fresh, delicious and comes out within minutes from ordering. This is an excellent choice for lunch. They are closed on Sundays now versus Mondays (original schedule before). I'd like to take the time to note the exceptional service here. What appears to be the owner's daughter, she is great at multi-tasking and very quick, polite and sweet. She handles everything front of house. Cleaning, food running, taking orders, ringing customers up, providing takeout orders to delivery services. It's very impressive how this restaurant is ran. She is so friendly and always welcomes every guest with a smile. I cannot wait to come back! The season is here for tofu soup :)
